This care can be scheduled for as little as one hour a day to as much as 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide services in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We extend our services to geriatrics, children, teenagers, new mothers with babies, international clients, and so much more.

The Process

We understand that starting home health care can be overwhelming and stressful for you and your family. At Essential Wellness, we’re here to provide maximum support and guide you through this process.

1.

During our FREE Service assessment, we explain the available services and address any questions you may have. We work with you and your family to develop a personalized service program to meet your daily needs. Then, we carefully match you with the best caregiver, nurse, behavior specialist, or mental health counselor.

If you approve of the selected staff, services can begin at your earliest convenience. If not, we can present alternative caregivers for your consideration.

2.

Once the caregiver is in your home, we maintain service continuity and monitor progress through daily status reports, notes, and service logs. We regularly communicate with caregivers, patients, and family members to ensure the highest quality of service.

As your needs change, your caregiver receives additional training or is replaced with someone better suited to your needs. You can request changes to your caregiving plan and schedule anytime, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
